Sci.bio is a recruitment firm providing specialized recruiting solutions for biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and life science organizations. Their existing website did not align with their brand identity and lacked the necessary features to attract and retain customers. Here is a case study of how we helped Sci.bio to redesign their website and grow their company.

Objective:

The primary objective of the website redesign was to increase the online visibility of Sci.bio and improve the user experience. The client wanted a website that would reflect their brand values, showcase their expertise, and provide clients and candidates with a seamless experience.

Research:

We created a streamlined website navigation that provided easy access to essential information; for example, job postings, employer services, and candidate resources. In addition we included interactive features such as a job search filter, application tracking system, and live chat support to enhance the user experience.

Development:

We built the website using responsive design principles to ensure that it was optimized for all devices, including desktops, tablets, and mobile phones. We integrated the website with Sci.bio’s existing applicant tracking system and social media channels.  This streamlines the recruitment process while enhancing their online presence.

Launch:

We launched the website after thorough testing and optimization.   Sci.bio was then provided with a user guide to ensure they could easily update and maintain their new website. In addition, training sessions were conducted to help their team understand the website’s features and functionality.

Results:

The new website continues to receive positive feedback from clients and candidates.  Sci.bio is seeing an increase in website traffic and a decrease in bounce rate. The website’s job search filter and application tracking system improved the entire recruitment process.  An increase in the number of applications is being received as well.  Overall, the website redesign helps Sci.bio improve their online visibility, attract and retain clients and candidates, and enhances their brand identity.
