Microsoft OneNote 2007: One Stop Organizing

Get your copy at Amazon for under $70.00!

I am an organizing freak! My personal and professional aspects demand me to be! I need a spot for everything and that has always been what frustrates me about using a computer. Yes, you can create folders on your desktop, place folders in them and then files in the appropriate areas. And you can copy passwords, confirmation numbers, traveling information and lists and more on to a document and then save it in the appropriate files. But what a long confusing process that is. What a waste of time to open up each folder, searching for that file.

Microsoft OneNote 2007 is by far the ultimate tool when it comes to organizing your personal and work information in one location. You'll never waste time searching again! Plus, the automatic save will guarantee you'll never have to worry about losing information EVER! Shop the Microsoft Store today! Or go to Amazon.com to get your copy for under $70.00!

Microsoft OneNote 2007 is arranged like a notebook. You can have as many notebooks as you would like. I have a personal notebook, web design notebook, and a Here 2 Help Services notebook.  And I can easily change between them.

As you'll notice below, the entire program is laid out on one basic interface. All my different notebooks are laid out on the left hand side. In this view, the orange highlighted box is selected. This is an example that is provided with the program. This is the tutorial for the program (not that you will need one for most of it, it's so easy!)

Each notebook has tabs at the top of the page and you can organize these however you like. Some people organize by date, subject, topic, client name, and tasks, but it is totally customizable for the user. Each page of the Orange Notebook has suggestions, tips, and tutorials on how to get the most out of OneNote.

Each tab has pages. In the image above, "Use this notebook to" is selected. Creating a new page is as simple as selecting the New Page button from within whatever section you want it to be. When you type the title in, it automatically appears in the right hand column where the pages are listed.

There are several ways to add information with Microsoft OneNote 2007. Copy, clip directly from webpages, video & audio, audio only, email, photos, graphs, and links are ways to add information. You can click anywhere on the page and start typing. (notice the small blue box on the right of the page?)

Anyone who writes will find this handy as they organize their articles and blogs by subject or date! Anyone doing a lot of research won't believe they have been this long without the copy and paste and clip features of Microsoft OneNote 2007. I love how easy you can capture small sections of a webpage or the whole page within seconds. And anyone who does a lot of online shopping, has recipes, books, movies, or needs a place to store all their information in one secure spot will benefit from OneNote's easy way to secure documents. I can't believe how well it has organized my personal and work information. Finally!

Microsoft OneNote 2007's compatibility with other programs, including Outlook, Excel, and Word, makes transferring of data a breeze. You can tag certain items to easily group and access data.  And you can set up your Notebook to share with others so you can simultaneously make changes to a page! Or if you are a blogger, try simply hitting the Blog This button for publication!

When I started using OneNote 2007, my life got a lot simpler. I took the time to organize the information I already had in to categories and cleaned up all those cluttered folders on my desktop and documents folders. My computer is a lot less cluttered. And now when I get new information, I just file it under whatever category it fits under or create a new category. I use Microsoft OneNote 2007 for all my writing drafts. It's interface is much like Microsoft Word but with even more features to make it user friendly for the organizer. If you need to know more you can find tutorials for Mircrosoft OneNote 2007 easily enough but I don't think you'll need much help. It's that user friendly!

Microsoft OneNote 2007 is so easy to use with no setup! You can get started today and be a pro by tomorrow!
